Next weekend the Tour de France starts again, when most of Europe parks itself in front of the TV. If you take the time to read a post about cycling, you're probably interested enough in the sport to know Lance Armstrong can write history this year by being the first man to win the Tour six times. Of course, he's not as fit as he was at the peak of his power, and competition will be very tough last year. I think the main deciding factor will be that Armstrong lost Heras as a teammember, the escapes might be too tough for Armstrong to do alone. Of course, for all we know now, he might smash everyone and win that coveted sixth Tour. Tell me what you think of it.

Starts today (saturday), with the first stage. I hope a Belgian wins it.

Thanks. We already had a win (Tom Boonen). Is there a Greek participating in the Tour this year?

Indeed .
And Axel Merckx is currently storming the Massif Central along with stupid but likable Richard Virenque with a 10 min lead on the peloton :)
