As far as I know, the asian skull is wider, with a lower braincase, a slightly sloping back forehead, and heavy jaws and teeth, even more heavily built, but less projecting than aboriginies.

Wouldn't measuring the circumference of low, wide skulls, and europeans with higher foreheads, and applying the same method of calculating interior volume lead to a false result as a result of different shape?

I don't know how cranial volume is determined. Most Asians that I've observed are not low vaulted. They have a low forehead, but are high vaulted.

Noddy, what's the deal with your little crusade against Asians?

Even if cosmo is wrong in that most Asians are high-vaulted, it's ridiculous to assume anthropologists don't take into account their low vaults when measuring cranial volume.

Volume needs 3 dimensions to calculate. Thus vault height must be considered.
