Only if the "Chinese" parent came from western China/Mongolia, and was one of those that carried the necessary alleles for light hair/eye color; but then the "Chinese" parent wouldn't be fully mongoloid ,but rather an ancient mongoloid/caucasoid mix to some degree.

I don't approve of having a Baltic fetish, Nordic fetish, Asian fetish, etc. I'm able to recognize different types of attractiveness in different types of people. The only case where I draw a blank is black men, I honestly cannot differentiate between a good looking and an ugly black man.
