I've heard it said by some reputable persons that intelligence is influenced by the brain/body size ratio.
If this were true, then why:
#Are dwarves not bright
#Jockeys
#Small people (The converse tends to be true)
The brain/body size argument falls apart when it is understood that it is key regions of the brain that are responsible for body function, not the crerbral cortex. In fact, a larger human means a larger cerebral cortex.
