You ought to have been around my neighborhood when I was younger. All of the Hispanics would come out at midnight of July 4th and December 31st every year and fire their guns (since all of them owned guns, I can say all) in unison together.

In this state, all the 'good' fireworks are banned - but that does not stop people from driving to South Carolina to buy them, and thus helping another state.

It reminds me of how this state voted against having a lottery to pay for education because the Republicans were complaining that the poor would gamble away all their money, despite the fact that they could simply drive to any of the neighboring states and buy lottery tickets that would pay for their education.
