I erased my avatar and now I seem to be unable to put in a new one...where on earth do I have to go?

Hey, help me out here...which steps do you take? I go to User CP, Edit Avatar but there is no place for me to put in a new one. Grrr...what am I missing?

there's no field that says 'Upload an Avatar From Your Computer:'?

Nope...at least I cant find it..can someone perhaps point me out there?
