I see there are problems on TNP today... I can't even log in.

I suspect some malicious conduct, maybe from hackers but more likely from enemies....

Nevertheless, it is no big problem, since I will just restore the backup I made last night when I get back from work.

Sorry for the annoyance. Speak to you all soon again.

Regards

Loki

I don't see how this could possibly be a technical failure. Who else is locked out, Loki? Have you tried the instant admin tool?

FadeTheButcher, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I got the same message as fade.

I don't see how this could be hacking either. If I recall, for someone to be able to do this on the vB3, they would first have to have superadmin access in the config file.

We all got the same message!

I doubt that this is some sort glitch or error. I have my own suspicion who would be interested in taking you dow. *bump*

Do you still have access to the cpanel (not the admin panel)? If so, you should be able to get in.

It was like that last night as well.

That's the message you get on some forums when you've been banned.

Is there any way to protect a board from Hackers? It seems Stormfront and Skadi accomplished this quite well.

TNP is back up!!!! :D

http://nordish.net/forum/

I make backups now daily, so as to ensure not much is lost when things like these happen. :) The current one is a backup I did very early this morning.

Thanks for all your patience.
