Hello guys,
I just got back from my "roadtrip" which was very satisfying to say the least.
I went for 1 week to Prague(Praha). Prague was nice, but I didn't get a chance to see it much during daytime. At night it's great there. lots of nice disco's with great "cabaret". The place actually looks like it's one big brothel, but that's ok. The local girls were nice too and drinking in Prague is rather cheap. (TIP: Anyone interested in a nice time in Europe should go there as part of there trip).
After that we went for a few days to Berlin. We slept on a parkinglot near Alexanderplatze(former eastern berlin commercial centre). Of course we visited Brandenburg Tor and that, but I was more interested in the night life.
After that we went to Prerow, which is a small village near Rostock and stayed there for 7 nights. The camping was very nice because it had 1300 camping places and was located at the beach(Oostzee, east sea).
Each night the beach was filled with youth building campfires and playing guitares and a lot of booze of course.
I "had" to get "close" with 2 german girls there, but that was OK. I considered it backpayement for occupying our country for 5 years :P j/k
Me and a friend of mine were the only foreigners there so everyone was very keen on "talking" with us.
I even discussed the second world was with a few of them and with some older people I talked about life before the fall of the wall.
We also drove through Dresden, Leipzig and a few other places and I must say Dresden does look good. Hey Wher, looks like they did some renovation in Dresden. Guess thanking the allies would be in order?
cheers.
